The 2.4 hectares in the heart of the Coteau de Torméry, currently in the process of converting to organic farming, produce unique and well-rounded wines. A lover of historical anecdotes, Guillaume Quenard is passionate about showcasing the terroir of the Coteau de Torméry and its history through a trilogy of Chignin wines steeped in 2,000 years of history. With Chignin Bergeron, Chignin Mondeuse, and an orange wine version of Chignin, Guillaume Quenard delights us with distinctive vintages waiting to be discovered.
