"The white wine that wanted to grow like a red!"
Have you ever come across a white wine that was meant to be aged like a red? Now you have! Introducing the Opus Orange cuvée, an orange wine straight from Savoie by the Guillaume Quenard estate. Orange wine is a white wine made through maceration, which enriches it with natural tannins to produce subtle aromas—such as the delicious notes of candied fruit, mandarin, and yellow fruits found here. It reveals great minerality and salinity on the finish. A supple and harmonious wine. All that’s left is for you to have fun exploring original food and wine pairings!

About the estate:
A very young, small-scale vineyard founded in 2020 by Guillaume Quenard: 2.4 hectares in the heart of the Coteau de Torméry that have not been weeded for 10 years, currently in the process of converting to organic farming, with a significant portion dedicated to agroforestry.

Golden-yellow color. Aromas of yellow fruit and oranges. Very harmonious on the palate.
