About the domain :
The European cistude turtle, a nod to those who fight to save endangered species, is often depicted on the labels of Maison Uby (domaine et négoce), founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel is committed to respecting the environment, and selects partners who supply organic grapes.
