"A lovely cuvée, aged for 18 months in oak barrels, with delicious aromas of stewed red fruit, raisins, kirch and hints of balsamic. Full-bodied, rich and full-bodied on the palate, with firm, long-keeping tannins. A bottle of character that would go well with spicy cuisine". (Le Guide Hachette 2024). An exceptional Cahors!

About the domain :
Well surrounded, Germain Croisille expresses the revival of Cahors, with a modern approach in which the use of new wood has been abandoned. The wines, certified organic, have progressed in finesse, accessibility, depth and terroir expression. Today, the level reached is remarkable, in a fresh, salient style. About the domain :
The appellation has witnessed the arrival of a new generation of Malbec enthusiasts. Without denying the great Cahors wines of yesteryear, which age unashamedly, the new winegrowers of Cadurci handle the grape in such a way that it offers a sensation of exacerbated florality. Germain Croisille, who converted the estate created by his parents, has mastered the technique to the point of producing cuvées of rare subtlety, while remaining true to the canons of causse malbec. The subtle extraction and depth of maturity are the hallmarks of wines that can be drunk now and aged well into the future.
