This cuvée, named after the painter Jeanne Lacombe, who designed the labels, is a wine that exudes the scent of spring; it is very pleasing to the nose, evoking refreshing aromas of red berries. It offers a rich palate with notes of violet—well-balanced and very flavorful. It has a very “Toulouse” character... There are 6 different labels for this wine. They will be shipped at random by the producer.

Winery rated 1*Star (A high-quality, recommendable production that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))

Rated Estate: Award-Winning Wines (This producer’s wines regularly receive awards from the guide)
About the estate:
In the Ribes family, everyone has their place. Jean-Luc, who plays the blues in his spare time, took over the family estate in 1981; over time, he was joined by Frédéric and Cathy, and later by Pierre. The estate covers 23 hectares of boulbènes and gravel soils.

Estates rated 1*Star (Rising stars or high-quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)
About the estate:
With the arrival of their children, Grégoire and Anne, the Ribes family incorporated the vineyards of Château Flotis—a neighboring property they had already been managing—into Le Roc. The Syrah and Négrette grapes, grown on a stony hillside, have thus joined the estate’s portfolio. The grafted Bouysselet, vinified in barrels, produces an ambitious white wine; alongside it, the Négrettes remain at their best thanks to meticulous and increasingly modern winemaking techniques.
