Domaine Le Roc is owned by the Ribes family, who are dedicated to producing wines with character under the Fronton AOC in the Southwest region. At Domaine Le Roc, the vines are cultivated above all with respect for the land. The balanced vineyard mix is built around three grape varieties. Négrette, a native variety of Fronton, complemented by Cabernet and Syrah, receives special attention, with the primary focus on concentration and ripeness. Traditional winemaking methods, with long vatting periods and time as allies, are the key to success.
