Montauriol Castle
Since 1998, Château Montauriol has been one of Nicolas Gélis’s estates in Fronton. This estate, which spans nearly 60 hectares of vineyards, is divided into three distinct areas: one on the plain with clay soils, another on a rolling ridge composed of clay-rich gravel and deep cobbles, and about ten hectares in the Villaudric area on deep soils.

Château Montauriol produces the main grape varieties of the Fronton appellation: Négrette, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Côt (Malbec), and Gamay.
