About the estate:
Puy-Servain is the name of the locality and means “summit” (puy) and “windy” (servain). Daniel Hecquet was a winemaker at the famous Château d’Yquem before returning to the family estate in Ponchapt, which today comprises 47 hectares of vineyards. He is a pillar of the Bergerac region for his Montravel and Haut-Montravel wines.
