About wine:
Vinified dry, this grape variety has produced a white wine with aromas of pear, apple, and dried fruit, and a full, balanced palate with a slightly bitter finish.
About the estate:
In 1820, Jean-Noël Laudet, returning from the West Indies where he had spent more than twenty years in the spice trade, founded this estate in Bas-Armagnac to produce Gascon brandy. The vineyard (40 hectares on sandy soil rich in iron oxide) has been run since 2007 by Cyril Laudet (eighth generation) and his wife Julie, who also offer IGP wines.
