"A delicate white wine that charms with its freshness and sweetness"

Unassuming at first, it reveals itself on the palate with citrus aromas that are beautifully balanced by a lovely roundness. It pairs perfectly with your everyday meals.

About the estate:

The European pond turtle—a nod to those who fight to protect endangered species—is often featured on the labels of Uby (a winery and wine merchant), founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel has been implementing a growing number of environmentally friendly practices and, for the wine merchant division, selects partners who supply organic grapes.
