About the estate:
The European pond turtle, a nod to those fighting to protect endangered species, is often featured on the labels of the Uby estate (both vineyard and wine merchant), founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel has implemented numerous initiatives focused on environmental stewardship and, for the wine merchant division, selects partners who supply organic grapes.

I was pretty disappointed. It’s artificial, lacking in sparkle and freshness, and a bit thin… Best served to people who don’t like wine (and I don’t mean that in a bad way!) and who might be drawn to its “too easy” appeal.
