Run by Brice and Elorri, two wine lovers, Bordaxuria covers more than 240 meters of elevation and is mainly terraced.
Bordaxuria covers 9 hectares and is composed of local grape varieties: Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Petit and Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu.
Bordaxuria wines are rich and complex, aged in concrete vats and 400-liter oak barrels.
