"A highly precise, confidential, and intense micro-batch"

"100% Tannat, vinified and aged (30 months) in 500-liter barrels, and 100% from the same small 50-acre plot. We are happy to add 100% pleasure with this Madiran, which boasts an impressively intense black color and a seductive nose with woody notes and hints of black fruit compote and spices. On the palate, it is unsurprisingly full-bodied and powerful, with perfectly ripe, well-integrated tannins, great fleshiness and admirable harmony. 100% Favorite, and for a long time to come." (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

About the estate:

This ancient estate, whose origins date back to the 17th century and whose name means "stony ground" in Gascon, has belonged to the Lesgourgues family since 1999. The family already owns estates in Bas Armagnac and Graves: 26 hectares of vines now managed by the third generation, represented by Arnaud Lesgourgues.
