About the wine:
What a beauty for a wine that, on paper, is an entry-level offering! Such an original nose, where ripe quince and mirabelle plums blend with bergamot and delicate notes of baking spices. The concentrated, medium-bodied palate is very well-structured. The finish is very long and powerful, with spicy and chalky notes. Made from biodynamically grown grapes and Respekt-certified. Ready to drink or for aging. Screw cap.
