Dönnhoff - Nahe Riesling Niederhauser Hermannshöle Auslese 2021 (37,5cl) (doux)
98/100
Robert Parker
Harvested a few days before the GG, the Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling Auslese 2021 is made from very ripe Riesling grapes and opens with a clear, lemony, pure, fresh, and finely concentrated bouquet with aromas of grapefruit, lime, and slate. Pressed in a basket, it is a lush and generous Auslese, pure, salty and tangy, with a long, intense and very stimulating finish, with very fine bitter notes. The Hermannshöhle was harvested with the highest must weight and acidity level and is the most complex and generous Auslese, but also the most precise of the vintage. 8% alcohol declared. Natural cork. Tasted at the estate in July 2022." (Wine Advocate 2022)
