"This Auslese from Dönnhoff's sweet wine range offers a pure and memorable tasting experience: a true nectar!"
"Harvested on the same day as the GG and Spätlese on November 8, but with finely shriveled botrytis berries, the Oberhäuser Brücke Riesling Auslese 2021 offers a clear, delicately lemony bouquet with beautiful botrytis nuances, even though botrytis was less prevalent here than in the Felsenberg. On the palate, it is a rich and intense Auslese, but very precise and filigree, refined and pure, with an extremely salty and lively finish, long and energetic, with a piquant acidity. Superb. About wine:
The nose is dense and the palate is very fruity. Not too sweet, just beautifully precise and balanced. It's classy! And even though it is destined to become more subtle, it is perfectly drinkable right now, as the fruit counterbalances the acidity. 2022-2042
