"This Auslese from Dönnhoff's sweet wine range offers a pure and memorable tasting experience: a true nectar!"

"Harvested on the same day as the GG and the Spätlese—November 8—but with berries showing subtle botrytis shriveling, the 2021 Oberhäuser Brücke Riesling Auslese offers a clear, delicately lemony bouquet with beautiful hints of botrytis, even though the botrytis was less widespread here than in the Felsenberg. On the palate, it is a rich and intense Auslese, yet very precise and delicate, refined and pure, with an extremely briny and lively finish—long and energetic, with a sharp acidity. Superb. About the wine:

The nose is intense and the palate is very fruity. Not too sweet, just beautifully precise and balanced. It’s top-notch! And even though it’s destined to become more subtle, it’s perfectly drinkable right now, as the fruit balances out the acidity. 2022–2042
