Dönnhoff - Nahe Riesling Niederhauser Hermannshöle Auslese 2021 (37,5cl) (doux)
98/100
Robert Parker
“Harvested a few days before the GG, the 2021 Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling Auslese is made from very ripe Riesling grapes and opens with a bright, lemony, pure, fresh, and delicately concentrated bouquet featuring aromas of grapefruit, lime, and slate. Pressed in a basket press, this is a lush and generous Auslese—pure, briny, and zesty—with a long, intense, and highly stimulating finish featuring very delicate bitter notes. The Hermannshöhle was harvested with the highest must weight and acidity levels and represents the most complex and generous, but also the most precise, Auslese of the vintage. 8% alcohol by volume. Natural cork. Tasted at the estate in July 2022.” (Wine Advocate 2022)
