"A Riesling with an intense herbal character, thanks to its proximity to the Nahe River!"

“The climate at Roxheimer Höllenpfad is cooler, and the grapes are generally harvested 4 to 5 days later than those at Niederhausen. The soil consists of red sandstone. The bouquet reveals plenty of freshness, minerality, and subtle notes of pear and quince. The attack is fruity and slightly salty. A fine balance of charm and freshness! A welcoming, invigorating, and persistent wine. It will be interesting to follow its evolution, but the real challenge may be resisting it!” (Yves Beck 2023)

About the wine:

A striking nose of wild berries and herbs (tarragon!), with a hint of white peach. Very lively and vibrant, it offers a refreshing mountain freshness with a slender, concentrated body; this wine boasts plenty of lime zest and a rich, velvety texture, culminating in a dry and very energetic finish. Made from organically grown grapes certified by Fair'n Green. Drink now or cellar.
