"My friend the rose told me this morning: 'Be patient—you won't regret it!'"

This Pinot Noir surprises with its pomegranate-red color and a nose that’s still a bit young, filled with cherry, rosewood, and subtle spices. The palate confirms its still-hidden potential, thanks to a fresh, supple, well-balanced wine with lovely length. We’re only at the beginning of its journey, and we can’t wait to reach its peak!

Rated estate (2025 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

Founded in 2017, this estate is built on the legacy of vineyards brought together by Amélie Buecher—who comes from a long line of winemakers—and Charles Sparr, the son of a family of wine merchants. Certified organic in 2017 and biodynamic in 2019, their vineyard includes four grand cru vineyards and offers a consistent range of authentic, unpretentious wines. Quality is improving rapidly, the Pinot Noirs shine, and the estate earned its first star this year.

Wine rated (2025 guide) 94/100

About the wine:

I love the summery floral aromas of this elegant, medium-bodied Pinot Noir from Alsace. Lively and vibrant, it exudes excellent energy and a youthful dynamism. Its long, decidedly dry finish reveals pronounced notes of citrus zest. Very limited production from grapes grown using Demeter-certified biodynamic farming methods. Can be enjoyed now, but will reach its peak starting in 2027.
