"My friend the rose told me this morning: be patient, you won't regret it!"

This Pinot Noir surprises with its grenadine color and its still slightly young nose, filled with cherry, rosewood, and subtle spices. The palate confirms its still-hidden potential, thanks to a fresh, supple, well-balanced juice and a lovely length. We are only at the beginning of its ascent, and we can't wait to reach its peak!

Rated estate (2025 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing good wines; you won't be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

This estate, founded in 2017, consists of the vineyards inherited by Amélie Buecher, who comes from a long line of winegrowers, and Charles Sparr, the son of a family of wine merchants. Certified organic in 2017 and then biodynamic in 2019, their vineyard has four grands crus and offers a consistent range of sincere, unpretentious wines. The quality is improving rapidly, the Pinot Noirs are shining, and the estate has earned its first star this year.

About wine:

I love the summery floral aromas of this elegant, medium-bodied Pinot Noir from Alsace. Lively and vibrant, it exudes excellent energy and youthful dynamism. Its long and decidedly dry finish reveals pronounced notes of citrus peel. Very limited production from grapes grown using Demeter-certified biodynamic agriculture. Can be drunk now, but will be at its peak from 2027 onwards.
