"A structured, refined, and fresh Pinot Noir"

The name of this wine says it all! A Pinot Noir that invites you to taste, share, and enjoy its fruity aromas, all on a backdrop of soft, concentrated tannins. It pairs perfectly with fall dishes such as venison loin with cranberry sauce, mushrooms with walnuts, duckling fillets with cherries, and seasonal vegetables.

Wine rating (2026 guide) 94/100 Favorite 2023 vintage)

Rated estate (2025 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing good wines; you won't be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

This estate, founded in 2017, consists of the vineyards inherited by Amélie Buecher, who comes from a long line of winegrowers, and Charles Sparr, the son of a family of wine merchants. Certified organic in 2017 and then biodynamic in 2019, their vineyard has four grands crus and offers a consistent range of sincere, unpretentious wines. The quality is improving rapidly, the Pinot Noirs are shining, and the estate has earned its first star this year.
