The estate’s finest wines come from the surrounding hillsides: the Grand Cru wines Furstentum and Altenbourg, and the Schlossberg, which shines with its crystalline expression of Riesling. The 2019 acquisition of the Gérard Fuchs estate (in Sigolsheim) added six hectares to the property, including two on the Furstentum Grand Cru. This is ideal for meeting the unwavering global demand. Supported by her two sons, Eddy and Théo, Catherine Faller leads the estate, devoting extraordinary energy to maintaining the highest quality in the wines and ensuring a warm welcome at the estate. Her son Théo devotes a great deal of attention to the vineyards, which have been cultivated biodynamically across the entire estate since 2005, while Ghislain Berthiot, who has been with the estate for several years, is in charge of winemaking.
