Considered one of the best vineyards in the Barossa Valley, the Filsell plot is planted with very old Syrah vines that are nearly 100 years old. This unique feature is reflected in the wine, which exudes intense and highly concentrated aromas of dark chocolate, licorice, raspberry, and a hint of lavender. The palate is ripe and balanced between fruit, tannins, and acidity. Can be enjoyed now or cellared for around ten years.
