Considered one of the best vineyards in the Barossa Valley, the Filsell plot is planted with very old Syrah vines that are nearly 100 years old. This unique characteristic is evident in the wine, which offers intense and highly concentrated aromas of dark chocolate, licorice, raspberry, and a hint of lavender. On the palate, it is ripe and well-balanced between fruit, tannins, and acidity. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for about ten years.
