This GSM—Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre—is a blend of old vines sourced from numerous plots scattered throughout the Barossa Valley. It is this combination of terroirs that gives this wine its elegance and complexity. • Screw cap

Review by Mr. MATHIEU W. Published on April 5, 2025
A medium-deep cherry-red color. On the nose, ripe red and dark fruit, celery, spice, and earthiness. Nothing modern or overly expressive—rather, terroir-driven aromas. On the palate, intense red and dark fruit, vegetal and spicy (eucalyptus) at the same time, along with those earthy notes again. Character and substance, alongside body, grip, tension, and length. A fine Australian wine with its own distinct style! Score: 16/20
