This GSM—Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre—is a blend of old vines from numerous plots scattered throughout the Barossa Valley. It is this combination of terroirs that gives this wine its elegance and complexity. • Screw cap

Review and opinion by Mr. MATHIEU W. Published on 04/05/2025
Medium-deep cherry red color. On the nose, ripe red and dark fruit, celery, spice, and earthiness. Nothing modern or overly expressive, more like terroir aromas. On the palate, intense red and dark fruit, vegetal and spicy (eucalyptus) at the same time, with those earthy notes again. Character and substance, as well as body, grip, tension, and length. A great Australian wine with its own style! Score: 16/20
