"A 100% Semillon straight from Australia, floral and aromatic, to drink now or keep for later!"

"It's hard to believe that a wine with so much crisp, crunchy pear, star fruit, and fresh herbs has less than 11% alcohol. The body is very slender and the finish is quite harsh, but it's the fruit that wins out! Drink now or hold." (James Suckling 2022) • Screw cap

About wine:

In a region where climatic variations are as pronounced as in the Hunter Valley, the vintage is important. In 2022, rainfall was abundant and the harvest was late. The result is a lively and aromatic Semillon that is an excellent and affordable introduction to this unique style. It offers notes of candied lemon, beeswax, lamp oil, white spices, and dried herbs. The palate is round and textured, with lively acidity. Floral, citrus, and spice notes blossom on the finish. A summer wine to enjoy with seafood or crumbly cheeses.
