About the wine:

The sun shines through this bottle of Hunter Valley Chardonnay. Ripe yet vibrant aromas of peach, melon, and pineapple juice are complemented by more delicate, toasty, and creamy notes. On the palate, the slightly sharp acidity contrasts with the wine’s luscious texture. Stone fruits are complemented by lemon and citrus flavors, with a hint of nougat and toast on the finish.

Review by Mr. MATHIEU W. Posted on May 9, 2025

A medium-deep straw-yellow color. On the nose, an initial earthy note followed by white and yellow fruit, along with some tropical fruit and a hint of floral notes. There are also subtle oak notes. On the palate, a rich yet fresh attack with yellow fruit, buttered popcorn, citrus, green melon, and a touch of salinity. Good body, terroir and oak notes, balance, and drinking pleasure. Slightly coating and quite long on the finish. A pleasant New World Chardonnay. Score: 16/20
