The Brouilly appellation boasts the largest vineyard area in the Beaujolais region, with 1,200 hectares of Gamay grapes that, grown on granitic and alluvial sandy soils, produce one of the most renowned wines. The minerality of the blue and pink granites—so characteristic of the appellation—gives it roundness and softness on the palate, with subtle notes of red fruit on the nose. Superb!
