Château les Arromans

Château Les Arromans was founded in 1965 by Jean and Sylvette Duffau, and is now run by their son Joël Duffau, who also owns Château La Mothe du Barry, very close to Saint-Emilion. Joël is a passionate and talented winemaker, committed to producing wines of the highest quality.

The Château Les Arromansvineyard covers approximately 14 hectares of vines, which extend over a predominantly clay-limestone terroir. The vines surrounding the cellars and descending the hillsides are mainly Merlot, whose wines have been awarded prizes every year and are renowned in the Bordeaux appellation. Joël Duffau is committed to providing them with meticulous care, in accordance with the principles of sustainable agriculture.
