Château Les Arromans was founded in 1965 by Jean and Sylvette Duffau and is now run by their son, Joël Duffau, who also owns Château La Mothe du Barry, located very close to Saint-Emilion. A passionate and talented winemaker, Joël is dedicated to producing wines of the highest quality.
The Château Les Arromansvineyard covers approximately 14 hectares of vines, growing on soil that is predominantly clay-limestone. The vines surrounding the cellars and descending the hillsides are primarily composed of Merlot, whose wines have won awards every year and are renowned within the Bordeaux appellation.
