"Inspired by the subtle and harmonious structure of Clarence Dillon's whites"
"The freshness is immediately apparent in the bouquet of Clarendelle Blanc, with notes of grapefruit and lime zest. Slightly creamy on the palate, the wine is sapid, fresh, and thirst-quenching. A wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif to start the evening off right... or to end it! Freshness is a valuable ally for wine lovers. " (Yves Beck 2024) - Clarendelle is well known in the world of cinema, having appeared in the film The Matrix and, more recently, the hit Netflix series Emily in Paris.

Eye
Clear and brilliant, the color is intense, slightly golden yellow.
Nose
The first dominant aromas are typical of Sauvignon: lemon, blackcurrant buds, followed by white flowers and orange blossom brought by the Muscadelle.
Mouth
Initially dominated by citrus and grapefruit notes, the flavors evolve towards fleshy white fruits such as pear and lychee. Rich, round, pleasant, and fruity. The wine is dense and full-bodied, with a minerality that makes it thirst-quenching. The finish is long, reflecting the wine's complexity.

About wine:
Brilliant yet balanced, slightly creamy and endowed with a good dose of citrus, creamy peach, and apricot. Calm, it doesn't shout much, but it's a fine example to enjoy on a hot sunny day. Clear and crisp. 2025-2028
