“Inspired by the subtle and harmonious structure of Clarence Dillon’s ‘Blancs’”
“Freshness is immediately apparent in the bouquet of Clarendelle Blanc, with notes of grapefruit and lime zest. Slightly creamy on the palate, the wine is savory, fresh, and refreshing. A wine to savor as an aperitif to kick off the evening… or wrap it up! Freshness is a wine lover’s best friend. ” (Yves Beck 2024) - The Clarendelle cuvée is well known in the world of cinema, having appeared in the film The Matrix and, more recently, the hit Netflix series Emily in Paris.

Eye
Clear and bright, the wine has an intense, slightly golden yellow color
Nose
The initial dominant aromas are typical of Sauvignon: lemon, blackcurrant buds, followed by notes of white flowers and orange blossom contributed by the Muscadelle
Palate
Initially dominated by citrus and grapefruit notes, the flavors evolve toward fleshy white fruits such as pear and lychee. Rich, round, pleasant, and fruity. The wine is dense and full-bodied, with a minerality that makes it refreshing. The finish is long and reflects the wine’s full complexity.
