Château Galand, named First Dauphin of the 2012 vintage, opens with a charming nose, marked by expressive, ripe fruit notes of blackcurrant and blackberry. A dense, distinguished wine that emphasizes the concentration and ripeness of the fruit, with notes of black cherry, blackcurrant, and blueberry, accompanied by young, noble tannins. A Bordeaux of the highest caliber!

A simple Bordeaux with no complexity. Very subtle on the nose. Nice color and average length on the palate. In my opinion, it’s not as good as Château La Verrière from the same vintage.
