L'Alouette de Labadie is a dry white that owes its atypical character to the high proportion of Sauvignon Gris, a grape variety that has become rare in the Médoc. Its minerality is accompanied by fruity notes of passion fruit and citrus fruit, and its discreet woodiness gives it an explosive edge. Enjoy with seafood gratin, scallops or noble fish in sauce!

Nice balance with a more mellow acidity than in an Entre deux mers.

Disappointing first bottle. Weak bouquet, not very intense. Light, uncomplicated palate. To be seen on subsequent bottles.
