L'Alouette de Labadie is a dry white wine that owes its unique character to the high proportion of Sauvignon Gris, a grape variety that has become rare in the Médoc. It features a mineral quality complemented by fruity notes of passion fruit and citrus, along with a very subtle, well-integrated oakiness that lends it an explosive quality. Enjoy it with a seafood gratin, scallops, or fine fish in sauce!

Well-balanced, with a more rounded acidity than in an Entre-deux-Mers

The first bottle was disappointing. The aroma was weak and lacked intensity. The palate was light and lacked complexity. We'll see how the next ones turn out.
