Wine noted (guide 2023) 1*Star (Very successful wine)
Rated estate (2023 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer’s wines regularly receive awards from the guide)
About the wine:
A classic, fresh, and pleasant Bordeaux with good body, ripe, spicy fruit, and a more tannic, tight finish. Enjoy it now or after a little aging with a Provençal stew. 2022–2025
About the estate:
A sprawling 92-hectare estate in Entre-deux-Mers, founded in 1920 by the great-grandparents. Its strengths include a state-of-the-art winery completed in 2016 and the complementary expertise of Christophe Vincent (in the vineyards) and Fabien (in the cellar). Saint-Vincent is said to inspire them, but it is rather their advanced technical training and high standards that make this estate a benchmark for Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur.

About the wine:
Deep ruby red color with youthful highlights. The nose offers aromas of black and red fruits, with hints of graphite and violets. Intense on the palate, with well-ripened fruit supported by pronounced tannins that should mellow over time. Serve with grilled meats.

A lovely wine with good structure. It has a pleasant Merlot aroma with ripe fruit notes.

Decorated with medals like a Russian general. It’s a good, fairly typical Bordeaux, but it’s a bit too heavily extracted. Remarkable value for the price.

The 2018 was enjoyable at the table. I was a little disappointed by this vintage—perhaps it needs more time.

Truly excellent: a very aromatic nose; on the palate, a variety of fruit and herb notes. Absolutely unbeatable value for the price.

It's a little green, but I think it will be perfect in 2 to 3 years—it's a good value for the price!
