Dalem Castle
Château Dalem, from its beautiful 18th-century residence in the Libourne region, overlooks the Isle Valley in Saillans, in the Fronsac appellation. Surrounded by its vineyards, this family property, which had been in the family for three centuries, was passed on to Michel Rullier in 1955. He introduced technical changes to modernize the wines of Château Dalem. Today, his daughter, Brigitte Rullier-Loussert, manages this beautiful Bordeaux estate and its 15 hectares of vines, mainly planted with Merlot (90%) and supplemented with Cabernet Franc. She brings her signature touch to the vineyard, with sustainable viticulture, to the cellar with her winemaking methods, and develops the international market.
