Wine rated (2018 guide) 93/100
About the wine:
This is a wine that is already well-balanced, rich in tannins, bursting with ripe fruit, and featuring a dense texture. It has body and richness thanks to the blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petit Verdot, which give it great structure. Best enjoyed starting in 2025.

Another fine success from an exceptionally good vintage. A perfect balance of perfectly ripe dark berries, fresh spices, and precise, well-integrated oak, all contributing to a full-bodied, deep, and rich palate enveloped in concentrated, velvety, and delicately smooth texture. The tannins are restrained yet supple and smooth. A lovely, delicately toasty finish. Excellent aging potential. In conclusion, a top-class Haut-Médoc of a quality rarely matched in this price range. A quintessential Bordeaux, ready to drink and perfectly paired with duck breast à l’orange. Score = 4.4.

Fantastic! A superb balance of grape varieties and aging (15% Petit Verdot). 19 to 19+/20. Dark fruit, length, intense and powerful aromas...
