About the wine:

Tasted at the annual Cru Bourgeois tasting, the 2015 D'Arsac is bursting with dark fruit and distinct tobacco notes on the nose. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with crisp tannins; it is quite lively and vibrant, with a slight marine influence on the slightly metallic finish. Let it age for another year in the bottle. Tasted in September 2017.

About the wine:

Owner Philippe Raoux has created a large sculpture garden and a series of impressive vintages at this estate located on the western edge of Margaux. This vintage is already one of the best, rich and vibrant with excellent fruit and full-bodied tannins. It requires extensive aging.
