"Concentrated, juicy, and fresh, this wine brilliantly combines aromas of ripe summer red fruits with a minty freshness and fine, structured tannins, offering beautiful fullness on the palate and a long finish. Far from being opulent, it stands out for its elegant and dynamic structure. A harmonious and refined wine, with great aromatic richness, a slightly briny finish, and a hint of licorice. A complex and alluring wine.” (Decanter 2025) - Delivery in a wooden case is available for orders of 6 bottles of this wine (depending on the country and selected shipping method)

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2021 guide): 2*Stars (A solid, recommendable vintage, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous one)
About the estate:
This Margaux estate, located on the beautiful gravel soils of Labarde, has been managed by Édouard Miailhe since 2007. Siran’s wines are always charming in their youth and develop greater complexity with age, notably featuring notes of old-fashioned roses and spices that lend them finesse and elegance. Siran’s wines could be classified as Margaux classics. Since the 2015 vintage, there has been a noticeable shift in style, which now leans more toward extreme power. One to watch.

Guide Hachette des vins
Rated Estate (2021 Guide) Award-Winning Wines (This producer's wines regularly receive awards from the guide)
About the estate:
Formerly owned by Toulouse-Lautrec’s great-grandmother, Château Siran became part of the Miailhe family in 1859. Since 2007, Édouard Miailhe has been at the helm. The vineyard spans 36 hectares: 9 hectares of Bordeaux Supérieur, 2 hectares of Haut-Médoc, and 25 hectares of Margaux, located in the southern part of the appellation on the gravelly plateau of Labarde; a terroir of such high quality that it would undoubtedly have earned the estate a place in the famous 1855 classification had the Miailhe family arrived earlier.

Rated estate (2021 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or high-quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)
About the wine:
We certainly can’t fault the estate for its most recent vintages. The 2022 is so delicious that it could write a new chapter in the estate’s history. It offers fresh fruitiness, a full mid-palate, velvety tannins, and a long, refined finish.
About the estate:
This superbly situated Margaux estate would more than deserve a place among the classified growths, especially since, under the stewardship of Edouard Miailhe, it has risen to its highest level of quality. Its remarkable terroir, located in the appellation’s southernmost commune (Labarde), stretches across a superb plateau of siliceous gravel. Tasting older vintages—which the château is fortunate enough to have in its cellar—reveals the full potential of this estate. Over the past decade, it has reached truly remarkable levels and will age beautifully.

About the wine:
Aromas of pencil lead and dark fruits are very pronounced and aromatic. A medium-bodied to full-bodied wine with juicy fruit aromas, velvety tannins, and a long, flavorful finish. Creamy and elegant, it needs 2 or 3 years of aging. Best enjoyed after 2028.

Wine rated (2025 guide) 95/100
About the wine:
A dark and mysterious nose, reminiscent of Mont Blanc’s “Midnight Blue” ink, with fragrant black fruits and a hint of floral sap. On the palate, an incredibly smooth texture, still marked by floral notes. Magnificent. 2030–2055
