Pibran Castle
Château Pibran is located in the northern part of the appellation, where this charming estate can be seen just outside Pauillac, on the road to Cissac. Built at the end of the 19th century, it was long owned by the Billa family, who sold it to AXA Millésimes in 1987.

Château Pibran ’s renowned vineyard stretches across one of Pauillac’s most beautiful hilltops, composed of fine Garonne gravel, with some plots bordering grands crus such as Château d’Armailhac and Château Pontet Canet. It was restructured following its acquisition, allowing the terroir to fully express itself. Renovated in recent years, the manor house has been brought back to life and adds to the charm of Château Pibran. The wine is vinified by the team at Château Pichon Longueville Baron, and the estate also produces a second wine, Tour Pibran.
