"Blended exclusively from grapes grown on the vineyards of Châteaux Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion!"
“Very lovely notes of cedar oak, with aromas of fresh blond tobacco and foliage, and a core of red and blue fruits. The palate is very smooth, refined, and dense, with rich, concentrated red plums and berries. Superbly concentrated, long, and elegant. The third selection from the combined estates of Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion. Exceptional value. Best enjoyed starting in 2022.” (James Suckling 2019) • Delivered in a wooden case for any order of 6 bottles of this wine (excluding “Point Relais” delivery method)

Nose
Typical of its appellation, it reveals notes of red berries, blackcurrant, licorice, black cherry, and toast. There are also subtle hints of forest floor.
Palate
On the palate, the wine has a supple, elegant, and full-bodied texture, with plenty of freshness. The texture is silky and velvety, with lovely acidity and firm, finely grained tannins. The wine offers a broad range of fruity aromas, as well as toasty notes accompanied by a subtle hint of vanilla. The overall impression is very well-balanced, with a long, flavorful, fruit-forward finish.

About the wine:
This is a robust wine with great potential, crafted by a team that produces two of the best wines in Pessac-Léognan. It is made in part from grapes grown in the Haut-Brion vineyard, resulting in classic tannins and juicy black fruit. Good acidity rounds out this well-balanced wine. Ready to drink now.
