Château Mazeyres

Château Mazeyres is a Directoire-style manor house surrounded by 25.5 hectares of vineyards located in the heart of Libourne, on the western and southern terraces of the Pomerol appellation.

The estate's vineyard is planted with 73.1% Merlot, 24.3% Cabernet Franc, and 2.6% Petit Verdot, and remains rich in several terroirs. The western part of the appellation consists of fine clay gravel, while the south has clayey sand and the east, at the foot of the plateau, has gravelly-sandy clay.

True pioneers of organic farming, obtaining their certification in 2015, their vines have also been cultivated biodynamically since 2012 and certified since 2018. Under the watchful eye of renowned consultant Alain Moueix, biodynamic cultivation takes on its full meaning, giving rise to wines vinified with the utmost respect for the environment and in harmony with nature.
