Château de Ferrand
Château de Ferrand enjoys a prime location on one of the highest points in Saint-Émilion. It is owned by the daughter of Baron Bich, the creator of the BIC pen and the eponymous company. Since 2010, numerous changes have been implemented: restructuring of the vineyard, new cultivation methods, renovation of the winery buildings, modernization of the cellars, and an increase in the number of fermentation tanks to improve plot-by-plot management.
This hard work and dedication were recognized in the 2012 INAO classification, with the distinction of “ ” Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion. Since then, the wine has continued to rise in prestige, reaching new heights and becoming a true must-have for lovers of Right Bank wines. Château de Ferrand combines charm, depth, purity, and intensity.
