Domaine Christophe Buisson

Domaine Christophe Buisson has 7 hectares of vines, including 3 in the commune of Saint-Romain. The owner's motto is: "To have a good product, you need a good raw material and rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar". It was from this philosophy that Christophe Buisson set his sights early on, with the ultimate goal of going organic. In 2009, the estate began its conversion to organic production, and 2012 was the first Ecocert-certified vintage.

This quality approach leads to uncompromising work: in spring, ploughing begins until the end of July, AB-certified treatments only, manual harvesting on the 7 hectares with a team of 20 people, and meticulous vinification. Christophe Buisson produces only 50,000 bottles a year, to the delight of wine-lovers everywhere.
