About the wine:

The best wine of the tasting has a light color, while its beautifully complex aromatic profile features notes of grapefruit, hawthorn, and linden. We also appreciate its balance on the palate, its freshness, its salty finish, and its fruity flavors, which make this bottle a lovely treasure to keep in the cellar before serving it with gravlax.

Review by Mr. MATHIEU W. Published on August 1, 2025

Light straw-yellow color. Nose: floral, vegetal, rich oak, toasted nuts. On the palate, a full-bodied attack of citrus, green melon, vegetables, rich oak, body, and lovely freshness throughout. Perfect balance. Full-bodied and rich, yet also elegant, pure, and complex. Long, lingering finish. A top-tier Aligoté. Score: 17/20
