An elegant wine that is typical of its terroir, it unfolds on the palate with freshness and minerality—even a touch of sharpness. Its elegance is evident from the very first whiff, with notes of white flowers and flint. Lively and harmonious.

About the estate:

Since 1987, Étienne Boileau, William Nahan, and Christian Simon have been cultivating 35 hectares of vineyards, turning this estate into one of the most reliable names in the Chablis wine region. In 2019, they handed the reins over to Arnaud Nahan, William’s son, and his business partner Thomas Labille.
