Domaine du Chardonnay
In 1987, Etienne Boileau, Christian Simon, and William Nahan merged their farms and pooled their expertise to create the Chardonnay Estate. In 2019, the Chardonnay Estate is passed on to Arnaud Nahan and Thomas Labille.
The Chardonnay Estate covers 35 hectares across three appellation levels: Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis 1er cru.
