Romain and Damien Bouchard took over the family estate to establish Domaine de l'Enclos in Chablis in 2016. Domaine de l'Enclos spans 29 hectares, ranging from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru vineyards, and has been certified organic since the 2018 vintage.
Domaine de l'Enclos strives to cultivate living soils and produce ripe grapes through simple, natural farming practices—a goal achieved through close monitoring and patience.
