"An estate Chablis offering delicious precision and refreshing minerality, we never tire of tasting it!"

Slightly spicy, the nose of this Chablis offers aromas of citrus fruit and green apple. Fine and fresh, the palate is taut and precise, carried by a minerality with lemony notes stretching into a delicious, salivating length.

Wine rated (guide 2025) 90/100 (Vintage 2022)

Domaine rated (guide 2023) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winemakers with a good level of production, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the domain :

Domaine Grossot shines first and foremost in the remarkable quality of its generic Chablis wines. These are most often produced on the right bank of the Serein, on slopes and terroirs comparable in every way to those of illustrious neighbors classified as premier cru. For those who appreciate that the ripe grain of chardonnay rolls long on the tongue, that beautiful bitters evolve towards notes of dry, fresh chalk after seven or eight years in bottle, here is a sincere, well-constituted range. The domaine is completing its organic conversion.
