The Grossot Estate is located in the village of Fleys, on the hillsides, in the heart of the Chablis wine region. This family-run estate is now managed by Corinne and Jean-Pierre Grossot was founded in 1920. Today, Eve Grossot, the youngest member of the family, has joined the estate to carry on the work of her grandparents and parents. It is with passion and determination that the family Grossot is fully committed to this endeavor. As a result, they produce elegant, refined wines that are the purest expression of the Chablis vineyards.

The vineyard covers 18 hectares, all located within the Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru appellations. Domaine Grossot produces seven different white wines, all made from the Chardonnay grape: Chablis, Chablis La Part des Anges, and the Chablis 1er Crus Vaucoupin, Mont de Milieu, Côte de Troëmes, Fourchaume, and Les Fourneaux.

The Grossot estate has been practicing sustainable viticulture for years and obtained Ecocert certification in 2015 following a transition to organic farming. Particular care is taken in soil management, through plowing, cover cropping, and the use of organic fertilizers. Winemaking follows the same approach, carried out gently, followed by extended aging that allows each cuvée and vintage to develop at its own pace and express the identity of the terroir.
