The Grossot estate is located in the village of Fleys, on the hillsides in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. This family estate is now run by Corinne and Jean-Pierre. Grossot was founded in 1920. Today, Eve Grossot, the youngest member of the family, has joined the estate to continue the work of her grandparents and parents. It is with passion and determination that the family Grossot is committed to this adventure. They deliver elegant, refined wines that are the purest expression of the Chablis vineyards.

The vineyard covers 18 hectares, located exclusively in the Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru appellations. The Grossot estate produces seven different white wines, all made from Chardonnay grapes: Chablis, Chablis La Part des Anges, and Chablis Premier Cru Vaucoupin, Mont de Milieu, Côte de Troëmes, Fourchaume, and Les Fourneaux.

The Grossot estate has been practicing sustainable viticulture for years and obtained Ecocert certification in 2015 after converting to organic farming. Particular care is taken in working the soil, through plowing, grass cover, and the use of organic fertilizers. Vinification is carried out in the same spirit, gently, followed by a long aging period that allows each cuvée and vintage to evolve at its own pace and reflect the identity of the terroir.
