In a particularly hot and sunny vintage, the old Chardonnay vines produce a flattering Chablis with aromas of ripe, almost candied fruit. The palate is full-bodied with great length. Aging on lees for 10 months gives it a perfect balance between richness and minerality.

Tasted in June 2017: Very good! Aniseed and lemon on the nose. Tight on the palate with good body. Delicious and long! Already accessible and open at 2 years old. Very good value for money.
