In a particularly hot and sunny vintage, the old Chardonnay vines here produce a delightful Chablis with aromas of ripe, almost candied fruit. The palate is full-bodied, with great length. Its 10-month aging on lees gives it a perfect balance between richness and minerality.

1 bottle tasted in June 2017: Very good! Anise and lemon on the nose. Tight on the palate with some body. Good and long finish! Already approachable and open at 2 years old. Very good value for the price.
