In a particularly hot and sunny vintage, the old Chardonnay vines here produce a delightful Chablis with aromas of ripe, almost candied fruit. The palate is full-bodied, with excellent length. Its 10-month aging on the lees gives it a perfect balance between richness and minerality.

1 bottle tasted in June 2017: Very good! Nose of anise and lemon. Tight on the palate with good body. Good, long finish! Already approachable and open at 2 years old. Excellent value for money.
