Jean-Claude Boisset - Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes 2011
Rating from the Hachette Wine Guide: 2** (Remarkable Wine) + Editor’s Choice
“Charmes boasts a beautiful, sparkling ruby color, with a flattering, ripe nose of alcohol-soaked morello cherries and forest floor, enlivened by a subtle saline note. This invigorating note is found in a palate of great finesse—clean, silky, airy, and sufficiently structured to withstand long aging (eight to ten years). A true Chambolle. Its only flaw: its limited availability.” (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2014)
